ever since seeing this photo, i’ve been obsessed with wearing a neon yellow skirt. the other day at the fabric store, i was blinded by a roll of - you guessed it - neon yellow fabric! so i bought a metre or two and passed it onto my mum, who had this thing turned around in less than a week. (she’s a work-horse that one!)
